When are you open?
We are open for 51 weeks in the year. We provide the option of doing All Year Round (51 weeks) or Term Time Only (38 weeks). We close for one week over Christmas and New Year.
What if my child is Term Time Only and I require childcare in the half term holidays?
No problem! We offer Holiday Club, where spaces can be booked in advance if needed.
What session times do you offer?
We offer a variety of sessions Monday to Friday, please note session times are subject to availability

Do you provide government-funded places?
We do! We aim to provide flexible childcare and a range of options. For regular session times with funding included, please contact the nursery for prices. For funded-only places please see the details below:

For 30 hours only funded places we offer 3 days a week 8.00 am - 6.00pm. (Days of your choice, subject to availability).

For 15 hours only funded places we offer morning or afternoon sessions5 days a week 8:30am – 11:30am or 1.00pm – 4.00pm

Does Bright Start accept Childcare vouchers?
Yes, we're registered to accept childcare vouchers.
For working parents, childcare vouchers can prove to be a brilliant way to spread and reduce childcare costs. Use this calculator to find out how much you could get towards approved childcare.
Can we visit the nursery first?
Of course! If you would like to visit the nursery, we recommend booking a visit through the enquiry box on our contact page or calling us on 020 8420 7744. We offer show-arounds on weekdays at 10:30am and 14:30, don’t forget to bring your little one along with you!
How do I secure my space?
A £160 deposit is required to secure a place which includes a non-refundable £30.00 registration fee.
